Our mindfulness wellness programming funds our intention.
The Heart Center's Mindfulness Wellness programming* includes yoga, sound healing, and guided meditation for students and staff at schools, businesses, and organizations. Participants of Mindfulness Wellness gain tools to support their physical, emotional, and mental well-being, allowing them to gain a deeper understanding of their nervous system.

We create safe spaces for college students to release stressors specific to academic life. Students explore sound, meditation, yoga, or all three.

Through our curated grounding healing experience, staff enjoy a respite in their day through sound, meditation, & yoga. Day or multi-day retreats available.
