Mindfulness Behind Bars:

Bringing Guided Meditation to Prisons via Television

The Heart Center is dedicated to introducing guided meditation into California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) facilities through the existing television system. We aim to provide individuals who are incarcerated with a means to find a sense of calmness through their breath.

If you feel called to volunteer to provide a guided meditation, please reach out to Okha at okha@theheartcenter.one
